I came to MapleView for short-term therapy because they had availability for me, even though I live in Middletown. I would never go anywhere else. The staff on the units were very helpful, and really took care of me. The workers here are like my family, from the ones who clean my room to the head nurses. I have told several people about MapleView and if I ever need therapy again, this is where I will come.
Recently my sister became a long-term resident at Maple View Health & Rehab Center.A very difficult decision made much easier by the staff at Maple View. From the Administrator to the Receptionist to The Director of Nursing, Physical Therapists and Nursing staff, everyone could not be more responsive, helpful and pleasant. Family is contacted regularly on physical therapy progress, medication changes and general patient info. I would kindly recommend Maple View for either short-term or long-term care.
MapleView is top notch. I have been at two other facilities for rehab and they don’t compare. From day one they made me feel at home. They all treated me like I was their mother. The rehab team was wonderful and all of my aides were just so nice to me and my family. I’m going home today and can’t believe how good I feel. When it is time for me to have to go somewhere for the rest of my life, this is where I will come.
My experience was very good thanks to the accommodating staff and therapists. They made a difficult time into a pleasant experience. The respiratory and physical therapy helped me return home to a better quality of life. The social worker made it easy for me to return home and arranged for therapy services to continue right in my home. Thank you to the staff at MapleView for giving me back my life. If ever there is a need, I will return to Maple View Health and Rehabilitation.
I spent a little over a week at Maple View after a hospital stay and was extremely impressed with the care I received while there. Everyone was kind and considerate to me during my stay and they were all special people to me. I want to say a word about the wonderful staff as they did everything they could to build my strength.
